All orders are delivered via UPS. You will receive an email when the order is
shipped, containing your UPS tracking number. If you haven't received your
order in a timely fashion or you believe there has been a delivery error,

refund the cost of any product that fails to meet our customer’s quality
expectations. However, we cannot take responsibility for typing, image, or
design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process. In an
effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers,
MyInHouseAgency.com does not review documents for content or spelling.
MyInHouseAgency.com guarantees that you will be satisfied with the quality of
our products. If you are not satisfied with any product, please email Customer
Care within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number,
email address you used to order and reason for dissatisfaction. Our Customer
Care staff will review your request and work with you to meet your
